Friram is a branched chain amino acid (BCAA) supplement with pharmaceutical quality in a 2:1:1 ratio. BCAAs are abundantly present in muscles (35% of the total) and represent one of the most important factors of muscle protein metabolism regulation. During intense and long effort lasting over one and a half hours, they can effectively improve performance. In such conditions, they contribute to the energy requirements by transforming into glucose and saving muscle glycogen (gluconeogenesis action), increase physical endurance and speed up recovery.

In addition, they compete with the amino acid tryptophan, the precursor of serotonin, which is a substance with inhibitory function on the nervous system. Therefore, they contribute to maintaining alertness and an optimal activity of the nervous system itself.

Several studies confirm their ability to facilitate testosterone secretion and directly stimulate muscle protein synthesis. As they are not directly metabolised by liver, but in muscles, they can be taken without any precautions in a recommended average dosage of 1 g per 10 kg of body weight.

Out of the 3 amino acids, leucine is the one most responsible for the activation of the protein synthesis mechanism, through the mTor cell receptor. This activity is particularly useful in the post-exercise phase, in which energy and efficiency recovery is especially important to improve the physiological ability of adapting to any physical effort.

Friram is particularly suitable for those who do strenuous sports activities, as it promotes muscle growth and improves muscle recovery, strength and tone. Thanks to their trophic function on the muscle, BCAAs are also ideal to facilitate muscle recovery following traumas or surgeries and during rehabilitation.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Take 5 tablets throughout the day, followed by a generous sip of water.
