HYDRO BCAA

Hydro BCAA is a powder supplement of branched chain amino acids with a 2:1:1 ratio obtained using a process of granulation and instantization to make them highly soluble in water and thus highly absorbable.

BCAAS are abundantly contained in the skeletal muscle (35% of total) and constitute one of the most important factors in the regulation of muscle protein metabolism. During intense and prolonged effort lasting over one and a half hours, they are normally effective to improve performance. In such conditions, they contribute to the energy requirements by transforming into glucose and saving muscle glycogen (gluconeogenesis), they increase physical resistance and accelerate recovery. In addition, since they compete with the tryptophan amino acid, precursor of serotonin, a substance with inhibitory action on the nervous system, they contribute to guaranteeing lucidity and optimal activity of the nervous system itself. Some studies confirm their ability to facilitate the secretion of testosterone and to directly stimulate muscle protein synthesis. Since they are not metabolised directly by the liver, but in the muscles, they can be taken without precautions in a recommended average dose of 1g per 10 kg of body weight.

Among the three BCAAs, leucine seems to be mostly responsible for the mechanism of protein synthesis activation, through the mTor cell receptor.

Such activity is particularly useful in the post-workout phase, in which energy and efficiency recovery is especially important to improve the physiological ability of adapting to any sports effort.

Hydro Bcaa is suitable for those who practise intense sports activities as it promotes muscle growth and boosts muscle recovery, power and tone. Thanks to their trophic action on the muscle, branched chain amino acids are ideal to facilitate muscle recovery after traumas or surgery and during rehabilitation.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Take 6 grams per day (approximately 2 scoops) dissolved in 200 ml of water, either 40 minutes before workout or 20 minutes after in the recovery phase. It is also possible to divide the dose and take the first half before and the second after the workout.
