GANODERMA

Ganoderma, known as Lingzhi mushroom, which literally means “the herb of spiritual potency”, is possibly the best-known mushroom in Chinese medicine, where it is considered to be among the 10 most effective substances in nature and the mushroom of immortality. It is not edible due to its woody consistency. It grows in solitude and in small units on oak and chestnut logs. Reishi is considered a big adaptogen, very effective in case of memory loss. Polysaccharides, peptidoglycans and triterpenes are the three main active ingredients. Tirterpenoids have a hepatoprotective, antihypertensive and hypocholesterolemic function. Polysaccharides have mímnunomodulatory effects, and thus reduce cytokine synthesis, such as IL6, IL1 and TNF alpha, and promote the maturation of cells T, Natura Killer (NK) and plasma cells of the immune system. Ganoderma has also shown its ability to modulate the MAPK receptor, involved in cell proliferation. Recent scientific research has brought to light its positive effects on cerebral neuron stimulation, so much so that Ganoderma was historically used as a complementary supplement to treat Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases, diabetes, obesity, chronic bronchitis, renal sclerosis, prostatic hypertrophy. In natural medicine it is used as a basic adaptogenic remedy, which means that it facilitates the recovery of physiological balance, as an adaptogen.

Ganoderma is useful to boost the natural defences of the organism, as a general energising supplement.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Take 2 capsules twice a day, preferably with main meals.
