EFA BLU

Efa Blu is a dietary supplement containing a high concentration equal to 72% of polyunsaturated fatty acids of the Omega 3 group, with a minimum 60% concentration of EPA and DHA (2:1 ratio) in the form of triglycerides, the most natural and bioavailable molecular form of fish oil. In fact, there are also Omega 3 in the form of ethyl ester, obtained by synthesis.

It also contains Vitamin E and rosemary extract, known for their antioxidant features. It seems that our organism has a greater capacity of recognizing and absorbing the Omega 3 fatty acids, such as triglycerides.

Efa Blu contains “five-star quality” fish oil obtained by steaming the fish, which is deodorised and purified for a triple molecular distillation, which completely deprives the final product of pesticides and heavy metals. Nowadays, Omega 3 is considered an important factor in reducing cardiovascular diseases. In fact, they are widely used to control an elevated concentration of cholesterol and triglycerides in blood, which benefits the cardiovascular system.
