CITROGEN

Citrogen is a food supplement based on creatine, amino acids and mineral salts.

It contains creatine citrate, an innovative form of creatine which is much more soluble and bioavailable than the monohydrate form. Creatine is an essential and effective reserve of energy, which helps to cope with sustained physical commitments, tone tissues, delay and counteract muscle fatigue, and accelerate the recovery of strength. CONDITIONS OF USE

Take 1 sachet, twice a day, dissolved in a glass of water (approximately 200 ml), not before or after meals.
