VIAFLAM

Viaflam is a dietary supplement based on plant extracts with anti-inflammatory action in association with proteolytic enzymes.

The extract of Boswellia serrata, titrated at 65% in boswellic acids, selectively inhibits 5-lipoxygenase, obstructing the production of leukotrienes LTB4, LTC4, LTD4 and LTE4, chemical mediators of the inflammatory process. Boswellia is useful in case of joint pain, rheumatisms, arthrosis and bowel inflammation.

Bromelain (2500 GDU), extracted from pineapple, is a compound of proteolytic enzymes that counteract inflammation and oedema; it is useful in case of muscle and joint inflammation, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Indeed, bromelain inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins and thromboxanes, two inflammation mediators.

The extract of Harpagophytum procumbens (more commonly known as devil’s claw) has anti-inflammatory function and is especially appropriate in case of chronic articular problems.

The formula is completed by papain: a proteolytic enzyme extracted from Carica papaya, in which anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties combine to fight the accentuated oxidative stress at the base of the inflammation; and Protexil®: a blend of concentrated proteases derived from the exogenous production of maltodextrin fermentation using Aspergillus oryzae, indicated in case of acute and chronic inflammation, osteoarthritis and post-surgery or post-traumatic convalescence as it helps treat oedemas.

Viaflam is indicated as a nutritional supplement in case of acute and chronic inflammation of the joints, intestine and muscle tissue. It is also recommended before endurance sports activities, as it delays the emergence of fatigue and muscle cramps.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Take 1 capsule, twice a day, after main meals, with half a glass of water.
