NOLATTICO

Nolattico is a dietary supplement containing ornithine AKG, carnosine and beta-alanine, useful to delay fatigue and antagonise the increase of toxins and muscle acidosis after an intense anaerobic physical exercise. The increase of lactate in blood, in particular, coincides with cell pH reduction and causes pain and burning sensations that hinder muscle activity and the continuation of exercise. Carnosine is a molecule specifically designed to buffer the excess of muscle acidity and has a key antioxidant function, which protects the integrity and efficiency of the cell membranes during short and intense physical effort. It is rich in type 2 fibres (white fibres), which are used to support lactic acid physical anaerobic effort - that is rapid, intense and of short duration. In turn, carnosine is made up of histidine and beta-alanine. It has been proven that the increased intake of beta-alanine is associated with an increased concentration of carnosine in muscles. Post-workout intake of beta-alanine also boosts the GABA receptors and has an indirect effect of slowing down the nervous system, thus facilitating recovery and relaxation phases. Nolattico also contains a considerable dose of OKG, an important and effective detoxifying amino acid that produces ornithine amino acid and alpha-ketoglutarate, both extremely crucial to support the depurative activity of the liver and facilitate the expulsion of nitrogenous waste during exercise. Such positive activity significantly helps to deal with stress caused by exercise, delay fatigue and boost rapid recovery.

Nolattico is indicated for athletes who practise short and intense anaerobic sports activities, to tackle fatigue and the accumulation of toxins and lactic acid in the muscle.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Take 4 tablets per day, with a sip of water. It is suggested to start the supplementation with Nolattico for at least one week before a sports event in which the maximum performance is desired.
