ALKALIN

Hyper-protein diets poor in fruits and vegetables, strenuous training, medicine consumption, smoking, alcohol, stress and sedentary lifestyle are often responsible for an excessive accumulation of acidic toxins in our organism. Such conditions reduce physical and mental performances, cause chronic fatigue and weaken the immune system.

From the metabolic point of view, a condition of “acidosis” occurs, which must be neutralised at an early stage because it causes an impoverishment of some valuable alkalizing minerals, such as potassium, calcium and magnesium. Human organisms naturally have effective buffering systems, but with time, a prolonged condition of acidosis could lead to the outbreak of serious diseases, and cause the symptoms mentioned above. Metabolic acidosis is detectable in the pH variations of morning urine that, while generally being acidic, remains below 5.5. A normal blood pH value is around 7.2-7.3, in urine it should not be less than 5.5-6.

Thanks to Alkaline, it is possible to increase the reserves of alkalinized mineral salts, neutralise excessive acidosis and recover optimal physical efficiency. Alkaline tablets contain calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, potassium citrate and sodium bicarbonate. Alkaline sachets contain alkaline mineral salt of Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, manganese and zinc. To complete the formulation, there are extracts of red orange and fruit and vegetables extracts (Fruits & Greens).

Alkalin is indicated for people who are exposed to heavy workloads and a lot of stress, for the elderly with high nutrient requirements, for people with disordered eating and excessive intake of animal fats, proteins and refined sugars instead of fruits and vegetables. CONDITIONS OF USE

Sachets: Take 1 sachet per day (5.7 g), dissolved in a glass of water, not before or after main meals. It is suggested to drink a loot of water throughout the day.

Tablets: Take 2 tablets twice a day, before a meal.
