FINAL RACE GEL

Final Race Gel is an innovative energy gel suitable for athletes and sports people who endure particularly intense periods of training. It contains:

• Fructose 1-6 diphosphate: also known as “exo-phosphine”, it has been used throughout history to recover energy after an effort. This compound is rich in phosphorus, which is highly energetic and readily available, and has a twofold effect:
It buffers pH lowering during lactic exercise;
It increases the availability of highly energetic compounds (2-3 glycerol di-triphosphate -DPG) and facilitates oxygen use in peripheral muscle areas.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Take a single dose of 50 ml 20 minutes before an exercise of short and intense effort (swimming, sprinting), halfway through or in the last half hour of any sports activity lasting at least an hour, if possible together with a half a glass of water.
