Dynastar is a supplement based on Zynamite®, a patented mango extra standardized to 15% mangiferin. It triggers nervous system mechanisms that help the body adapt to stress and fatigue, improving overall physical and mental performance. Mangiferin belongs to the polyphenol family and also provides significant antioxidant activity.

Zynamite® activates electrical activity in the nervous system and enhances the so-called LTP (long-term potentiation) in response to stronger or repeated stimuli.

Unlike caffeine, which blocks adenosine receptors, Zynamite® non-selectively stimulates brain activity, producing an increase in electrical activity similar to caffeine.

The efficacy of Zynamite® has been documented in clinical studies, both at the neuromuscular junction and at central nervous system synapses.

The mechanism of action involves partial inhibition of COMT (Catechol-O-Methyltransferase), a key enzyme that breaks down dopamine, a neurotransmitter involved in cognitive functions such as working memory, planning, and attention.

Zynamite® contributes to improvements in physical performance, cognition, and mood, making it a valuable aid under conditions of physical and mental stress.

Studies on athletes confirm that Zynamite® enhances oxygen extraction (VO2 max) in both muscle and brain, improving energy processes and delaying lactate accumulation.

Zynamite® is therefore also indicated for enhancing sports performance, delaying fatigue, and accelerating recovery.

Despite its central stimulating effects, unlike caffeine, it does not exert adrenergic stimulation on the heart or affect blood pressure.
