Matrix is ​​a specific supplement for post-workout and competition recovery. The formulation has been developed referring to the most recent scientific research on the subject, inserting active ingredients of absolute quality in the effective dosage. Contains a mix of highly hydrolyzed and digestible isolated whey proteins, ISOLAC and OPTIPEP® 90 DH4, with an amino acid profile in the form of 60-65% di-tripeptides with fast and slower absorption carbohydrates to "exploit" the maximum range of the anabolic window. In fact, it is believed that, after intense exercise, the body is in a particular physiological condition favorable to recovery lasting 6-7 hours, during which the repair, reconstruction and recovery of energy supplies are optimal. Amino acids in the form of di and tripeptides are assimilated in the most effective way, thanks to specific intestinal absorption systems. The intake of specific nutrients 30 minutes after training optimizes this phase, which is essential for the athlete's compensation and improvement of his future performance. The presence of fast and prolonged absorption carbohydrates (high molecular weight maltodextrins) allows for the maximum restoration of glycogen stores and an optimal development of generalized metabolic processes connected to recovery during the interval of the anabolic window. The formulation is also enriched in leucine, the branched amino acid which more than others in this phase directly promotes muscle repair by activating the muscle satellite cells and mediated mTOR protein synthesis. Glutamine and alpha-ketoglutarate are key regulators of the reconstruction processes, favoring the elimination of toxins and restoring the immune system.

Betaine is an excellent cellular moisturizer, has a detoxifying action and appears to be involved in promoting protein synthesis. The presence of nucleotides strengthens the immunostimulating action, in particular at the level of the intestinal barrier. Several studies confirm that intense physical exercise promotes an increase in intestinal permeability and significantly reduces the formation of T and NK lymphocytes, therefore the body's innate defenses, making the subject more vulnerable to pathogens.

Finally, a significant availability of magnesium in the form of glycerosophate, which is a highly soluble and bioavailable salt, contributes to the rapid restoration of energy supplies and to relax the muscle tissue.

Take 50 g per day (equal to about 3 heaped scoops) dissolved in 500 ml of water or other liquid, preferably 30 minutes after intense physical activity.
