Malto+ is a dietary supplement containing pure non-sweetened and non-flavoured maltodextrin with low dextrose equivalent (D.E.10), a measure of the degree of hydrolysis of the starch from which it is obtained.
The higher the D.E., the shorter will be the maltodextrins’ chains of glucose.
Maltodextrins are complex carbohydrates made up of glucose polymers of varied lengths, obtained by enzyme hydrolysis of corn starch, and they are completely gluten-free.
