Citrogen is a food supplement based on creatine, amino acids and mineral salts.

Contains creatine citrate, an innovative form of creatine obtained through a patented process (Degussa-Bioactives) which guarantees the highest quality, purity and safety.

Compared to the monohydrate form, which is very common, creatine citrate is well soluble in water, comes in an effervescent form and is highly bioavailable.

Creatine is an essential and effective reserve of energy, useful for better coping with sustained physical commitments, toning tissues, delaying and counteracting muscle fatigue, accelerating the recovery of strength.

In fact, oral creatine supplementation contributes to increasing the physiological concentration of phosphocreatine in muscle tissue.

The simultaneous presence of significant quantities of specific amino acids, Arginine, Glutamine and Taurine which play an important role in the mechanisms of muscle contraction, favors the transmission of nerve impulses and is particularly effective in case of difficulty in concentration and attention.

Citrogen is suggested as an effective energy support to counteract conditions of asthenia and muscle weakness and to replenish the mineral salts lost due to excessive sweating, especially during the summer season. 

It is suggested also during convalescence and rehabilitation, as a supplement in the nutrition of the elderly, and in case of intense sport activity.

It is recommended to take 1 sachet, 2 times a day, preferably in the first part of the day, between meals. Dissolve the contents in a glass of water, wait for the complete dissolution of the product and drink immediately. The ideal intake period ranges from a minimum of 20 up to a maximum of 30 days.

Elderly subjects can also benefit from taking only one sachet per day.
