Multi B50 Complex contains B-group Vitamins, including the less known ones, which are derived from natural sources, such as rice bran, alfalfa, spirulina and chlorophyll.

The B-group Vitamin complex has an essential role in various metabolic processes of transformation of fats, proteins and carbohydrates into energy and plastic compounds, and in ensuring the health of the immune and nervous systems, skin, hair, eyes, mouth and liver.

As they are highly water soluble, the organism expels vitamins very easily, which means they must be regularly re-introduced with the diet. While excessive intake rarely leads to side effects, the lack of some vitamins could instead cause serious diseases (for example, pellagra caused by Vitamin PP deficiency, or beri-beri caused by Vitamin B1 deficiency).

Evident symptoms of the lack of Vitamin B are fatigue, inappetence, angular stomatitis and dermatitis.

Many B-group Vitamins are interdependent: this means that the deficiency of one of them could compromise the functionality of the others.

For this reason, they must be taken at the same time.
